KBF by Audi Contractors is a family-owned and operated residential remodeling company that has proudly served homeowners in the DC Metro Area for over 30 years. Over those 30 years, we have met hundreds of homeowners who want to upgrade their home but just weren’t sure where to start. That’s where we put our year’s experience and expertise to work, we set out to help these homeowners get what they’re looking for by listening and designing a space that’s right for their home, not the one that’s going to cost the most.

Victor learned all aspects of construction at a trade school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he began his career as a roofing contractor. The brutally cold weather forced Victor and his family to move out of the Midwest and into the Washington D.C. Metro area in 1984, where Audi Contractors had its successful beginnings.
Victor has worked for many commercial builders including Glenn Construction and Clark Construction; he has also worked for top residential builders including Comstock Homes, D. R. Horton, and Porter. Since then, Victor has gained over 30 years in commercial and residential construction experience.
Bringing reliable knowledge of the local building industry, Victor’s service driven approach, strive for perfection and working knowledge of all building practices makes him an invaluable resource to the company. His honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction is recognized by many of our clients and outwardly shown through his work.
Laura has been a serving pillar of KBF by Audi Contractors since its start in 1984. While raising three children and working as a paralegal for 16 years, Laura managed Audi Contractors into its success. She has never been hesitant to get her hands dirty from cleaning job sites to meeting with clients.
After retiring in June 2006 from a well-known law firm in Rockville, she has become a lightning-force behind the scenes of scheduling, management and communication with clients. With her maternal presence in the company, Laura is the calming effect of KBF by Audi Contractors.
Jamil has worked side by side with his father, Victor, since his adolescent years. From a young age, Jamil learned that perfection is the only option which Victor accepts on any project and carries that to the highest degree on all of Audi Contractors’ projects.
Upon graduating Catholic University in 2004, Jamil started working full time for the family business. In 2011 Jamil opened the family’s first design center under the name A&A Interiors in Leesburg, VA. Then, in 2017, he opened a second location in Fairfax, VA and helped facilitate the corporate merge between A&A Interiors and Audi Contractors to form what is now, KBF by Audi Contractors.
Jamil was awarded Loudoun County’s ‘40 under 40’ award for being one of the top 40 business leaders under 40 years old for his work with KBF by Audi Contractors. The dedication that Jamil has put into the growth of the company and its proven success makes KBF by Audi Contractors a company that will be around for years to come.
John has been part of the KBF by Audi family since 2010. His greatest achievement so far has been opening a restaurant at the young age of 22. He enjoys the relationships that he builds with clients at KBF by Audi, and he gets great satisfaction out of seeing a project to fruition.
He can earnestly say that he learns something new every day from his job and from his clients. Outside of work, you can find John casting a line at the beach.
Rania’s KBF by Audi experience began in October 2016 as the Accounting Manager and Human Resources Director. Although Rania’s job extends past the paying people and collecting money, her perfect day at work would mean reconciling an account that is flawless!
Prior to working in the Kitchen and Bath Industry, Rania received her BA in Hospitality Management. She enjoys working at KBF by Audi because it generated Rania to think in different ways and explore possibilities for self-advancement and she is proud to be part of a team that creates magical spaces for people every day.
Growing up, Rania was thankful for the summers that her parents would send herself and her sibling to Lebanon to be with their family and experience the roots of their culture. She enjoys anything that involves being outdoors, road trips, shopping and her doggies but, aside from that, Rania is her best self when she’s surrounded by those she loves the most.
Erica has worked as KBF by Audi’s Kitchen & Bath Designer since 2018. She received her bachelor’s in Housing Design from Virginia Tech. Erica is passionate about working in a constantly changing field that allows her to experiment with new ideas and different aesthetic approaches.
As a designer, she loves coming up with creative ideas to improve her design skills, and she finds fulfillment in observing our customers enjoying their new spaces. Marrying her best friend in Turks and Caicos with their closest friends and family standing by is her best memory. Outside of work, you can find Erica getting sweaty on the Soul Cycle bike and traveling to new places to experience different cultures.
Arran joined KBF by Audi in 2021 after studying at George Washington University. Raising his daughter as a single parent is his greatest accomplishment thus far. He loves dogs and the outdoors, particularly skiing in the Tetons.
His other favorite pastime is woodworking with live edge wood, and he brings that passion to KBF by Audi daily as he transforms the designs we build with our clients on paper into reality.
Rita has been part of the KBF by Audi family since 2020, received her master’s in architecture from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. Rita shares that the best part of her job is seeing a project move from the design phase to actual construction.
KBF by Audi’s attention to detail is what she believes sets the company apart and what makes finished projects truly great. Although she has an accomplished career, her children continue to be her greatest pride. She and her husband find great fulfillment in traveling with their kids.
A graduate of The Citadel, Raleigh, who serves as our Project Manager, has been with KBF by Audi since 2021. Striving to be the best he can be and helping others do the same motivates
him daily and raising his children to adulthood is his top accomplishment. An avid reader, Raleigh enjoys history, biographies, and stories of redemption.
Erin who serves as our Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designer, has been with KBF by Audi since 2021. She is most proud of earning her bachelor’s in Neuroscience at Christopher Newport University.
Erin loves helping our clients enhance their lives by creating their dream spaces. When she is not at work, Erin enjoys singing in the choir and crafting. When she thinks back to her favorite moments, she remembers the joy she received traveling around the world with her family as a child.
Tammy joined KBF by Audi in 2020. She received her bachelor’s in Psychology and Elementary Education from Gettysburg College, followed by her master’s in Education from National Louis University.
Family is the most important thing to Tammy, and she counts raising her three sons and being married for 30 years as her two biggest accomplishments. In fact, her favorite childhood memories are spending time with her family at the shore. She considers her coworkers and clients part of her extended family, too! Outside the office, you can find her riding Ebikes or curled up with a great book.
Josselyn has worked as KBF by Audi’s Administrative Assistant since 2021. A licensed aesthetician, Josselyn appreciates beauty in every area of life, and you will find her smiling face greeting our clients and welcoming them to our showroom.
For Josselyn, personal growth is key, and she constantly strives to learn in every area of her life. She believes the more she can progress, the better she can provide for her children. Her family continues to be the most important part of her life, and she adores doing anything with them.
Joined KBF by Audi in 2022. He started his career in carpentry at the young age of 17 and ran his own home improvement company for years. Family loyalty motivates Max, and he wants to do well in life so that he can continue to inspire them.
Close family ties have always been important to him, and he counts family beach trips to Ocean City, New Jersey as his favorite childhood memories. He loves that every day is different in his role at KBF by Audi, which allows him to continually learn and grow.
Who serves as our Assistant Designer, has been with KBF by Audi since 2022. After earning her A.A.S in Interior Design from NOVA, she is most proud of finding a career that she thoroughly enjoys. Michaella, who is tri-lingual, enjoys assisting clients by turning their visions into reality.
When she’s not at work, you can find Michaella paddle boarding and traveling. Her love of travel began as a small child when she would visit her grandpa at York Beach, Maine, where they would go four wheeling, jump off the bridge into the ocean, and enjoy taffy from downtown.
Crystal Ghanem has worked as KBF by Audi’s Purchasing Coordinator since 2022. A psychology major, Crystal is most proud of overcoming her fears, which has made her into the person she is today. She now has learned to embrace any challenge, and she loves turning them all into opportunities to learn and grow.
Outside of work, you can find Crystal gardening and baking, but her favorite pastime is creating memories that she will cherish forever with her family – especially her grandparents.
